As you all know now the so feared war in Ukraine had started. 
We are full of fear and uncertainty about the future of our coutry. 
Tonight we will have Vigil Service Molebn for peace in Ukraine at 6 pm. 
Please join us if you able too in this importamt time to pray for Ukraine. SOME MEDIA OUTLETS CALLED ME AND WANTED TO COME AND SEE UKRAINIAN COMMUNITY AND TO INTERVIEW SOME OF THE PARISHIONERS AND THE PASTOR.

We are gathering in front of Senator Dianne Feinstein’s office. We call on the entire LA community to join the Ukrainian-American diaspora tomorrow, Saturday, at 1pm to STOP BLOODSHED in Ukraine! Ukrainian people are currently under horrific war attack from Russia. We DEMAND of the Biden administration the following:

1. Immediately provide military aid to Ukraine, especially the air defense systems and the heavy weaponry, as well as financial and humanitarian aid. 
2. Enact Hellish Sanctions on Russia right now, including cutting Russia off from SWIFT. Tomorrow may be too late. 
3. Isolate Russia in all possible formats on the world stage. DO NOT STAND ASIDE! GLOBAL DEMOCRACY AND SECURITY ARE AT STAKE!

Please bring Ukrainian flags and anti-war posters.

Stand With Ukraine (Santa Monica/Los Angeles)

We stand in solidarity – we stand with Ukraine. We are not passive bystanders to history, we make history. Come show your support with us. So that when your children ask what important things you did in life, you’ll be able to say you stood up to a tyrant who demanded that you kneel.

All are welcome to stand with us. We will be located on the street corner near the entry to Santa Monica Pier on Colorado/Ocean Ave (93 Colorado Ave Santa Monica, California). The event begins this Saturday 2/26/22 at 11am.

Many people in Russia are also protesting the war and putting their lives on the line. So we ask that you call out Putin as the aggressor and not the country/people of Russia who are also protesting. Putin’s government is the issue – not the people.
