California Lithuanian Golf Club Los Verdes 2023 tournament completed

Our golfers, young and old, from near and far played Los Verdes Golf Course in Rancho Palos Verdes California on Saturday, March 18th, 2023.

We got lucky and played on the warmest day of the week, sandwiched in between the atmospheric rivers of rainfall pummeling Southern California.

Everyone was a winner as soon as they arrived with a complimentary California Lithuania Golf Club umbrella.  The red and white striped „wind proof” umbrella featured Vytis, the white knight on a red background.  He sits upon his white horse, with a golf club in his hand and a golf bag on his shoulder, chasing after „birdies” and pars.

We have been honored by the visit of Laima Jurevičienė from the Consulate General of Lithuania in Los Angeles. Though she didn’t play, but she showed her support to yet another Lithuanian event.
