This is the time when we hold our biggest Lithuanian event of the year – Lithuanian Independence Day celebration.

You will have an opportunity to connect up with your fellow Lithuanians and get updated on the latest news and events there while feasting on Lithuanian style food and beer.

It would be desirable if you can bring a Lithuanian dish (recipes can be found on the internet), but non-traditional dishes would be welcome too. Salads and desserts would be wonderful also.

We will be offering Lithuanian beer, bread, sodas and water for sale. Paper plates, cups, napkins, and plastic cutlery will be provided. Ice will be available also.

Kestutis (Kasey) Eidukonis, who spent nearly a half a year in Lithuania in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 & 2018, will give an update on current events there. He is an experienced Management Generalist, a Lithuanian American Community Board Member and Delegate to the Lithuanian Parliament (Seimas). He is CEO of VilNews and an Advisory Board Member and Guest Teacher at Kazimieras Simonavicius University in Vilnius. He was a Lt. Colonel in the U.S. Army. His expanded profile can be found at:

Directions
In Tucson:
From E. Tanque Verde Rd. or E. River Rd. get on Sabino Canyon Rd. heading north. Watch for signs for Sabino Canyon Rd. as it turns to the right. Continue past Snyder Rd. intersection for about a tenth (.1) of a mile, the first entrance to your left is the Ventana Vista Condo complex. From the gate, take the 2nd left to the clubhouse. Park in the UNCOVERED parking spaces which are for visitors.

From Phoenix:
Get off I-10 at Orange Grove Rd. exit and head east on it and make a right on Skyline Dr. which then becomes Sunrise Dr. Sunrise ends at Sabino Canyon Rd. Turn right and go six tenths (.6) of a mile to Ventana Vista Condo complex on the right. Take the 2nd left to the clubhouse.
Park in the UNCOVERED parking spaces which are for visitors.
