We invite you to take part in this cherished Lithuanian tradition filled with joy, laughter, and community spirit. Come dressed in masks and costumes, enjoy traditional games, and indulge in delicious pancakes as we welcome the changing of the seasons. Witness the entertaining battle between Lašininis (the Porky One) and Kanapinis (the Hemp One)—a symbolic fight between winter and spring—culminating in the burning of Morė, a ritual to drive away the cold and welcome renewal.

Please bring a potluck dish to share.

Most of the festivities will take place on the beach, so dress warmly and be ready for a fun-filled afternoon by the water.
